This little bowl here of ¨TOM YUM KUNG WITH SEAFOODS¨soup really give me a kick as it pretty hot & sour ( Don´t say you weren´t warned?). The seafoods was fresh and the smell of lemongrass and coriander leaves do enhances the overall taste..
Simply delicious , i fav the gravy and the tenderness of the pork meat here..it´s was just well cooked.
PANDAN LEAVES WRAPPED WITH BONELESS CHICKEN- they served the chicken immediately after frying for the best of flavour and cripiest texture.Take a piece and dip it with the thai chilis sauce serve along..umnnn..literally make the world go around ...

Lately, I've been browsing and playing with my pics of Singapore. I found out that most of the photographies I took at night were too 'noisy', so I couldn't use in my photo albums, but I clicked accidentally the 'sepia' effect in Picasa, and those pics turn out to be much better without color information, but with the old look that only the sepia effect can achieve.
Night Market in Chinatown.
A famous square in Chinatown.
This one is not so 'sepia-ish' but still looks better than the noisy, full colored, original pic.

Happend to meet up with friends for dinner at Clarke Quay past few weeks. Craving for the japanese Char Siew ramen which located at Central
. This restaurant served limited choices of ramen plus some side dishes, but quite lots revisited patrons here. As usual , here are the two dishes we had: char siew ramen and grilled pork belly and happend to be our favourite so far.
After the dinner, we took a quick stroll outside Central mall, sat on the steps enjoy breezy air near riverbank watching peoples and snapping pictures opposite side of Clarke Quay. Clarke Quay is a well known for clubbing spot and plenty of classy bars and restaurants if you would like to spent a night and here are the recomended place to be. ..although it is too touristy place for me
We had also pooped by at Clinic ( fyi, it is a drinking joint not a clinic)
for a couples of beers before heading back. The fun started with the wheelchairs and clinic look alike kinda setup
I am sure out of curiosity you will busy playing with the wheelchair as we do. We had pretty awesome night, chilling and spending awesome conversation here.
